HowTo – Get your online profile ready again
How do I set up my online profile now that I participate in the exhibition again?
Your online profile is available to you as usual, of course.If you enriched your online profile at the last exhibition beyond the basic information and further optimized it with company- and product-specific information, you can of course continue to access it in SelfService.
We have already added this year's stand space (hall/booth no.) for you.
Prepare your online profile for the new exhibition participation in just a few steps.
Check your online profile in SelfService. Are the information in your company profile still up to date? Which products do you want to present online this year? What additional information about the company and its products can you add?
Select new participation
Select the new (exhibition) participation on the dashboard to check and prepare your online profile.
Check company profile and selected product groups/industry
1.Check whether the preferred company profile is selected for your (exhibition) participation. This is relevant if you have already created several company profiles.
2.Check the selected product groups and industries and adjust them if necessary. To do this, click on the "Select product group" icon on the right. A dialog window with the available product groups will open.

3. You would like to update and further optimize your company profile? Therefore click on the icon "Edit company" to edit your company profile directly.

Note: The industry assignment is not available for all trade shows.
Is the company profile still up to date?
Are there any changes to your contact information or employees? Are your social media channels and links still up to date?
Update your company profile and keep filling it out!
- Add your slogan and suitable keywords.
- Link your social media channels
- Show your products / services
- Make company information available for download as a PDF
- Provide employees for direct contact (an employee can be assigned to a product as a product expert)
Check product profiles and select product groups
1.Are the products from the last ( exhibition ) participation still up to date? Then reselect the relevant products.
2.Assign the products to the appropriate product groups again. Therefore, click on the "Select product group" icon on the right. A dialog window with the available product groups will open.

3. You want to update and optimize a product profile? Click on the icon "Edit product" to edit the product profile directly.

Add new/additional product
You have not added a product yet or would like to add more products for your participation this year?
Click on the button "Product profiles" on your dashboard. In the overview of all product profiles, you can now either create a first new or an additional product or edit an existing product profile.

Update online profile
To ensure that all information for renewed (trade fair) participation is now displayed on the website, you must now update your online profile as a final step.
Therefore click "Update online profile".
