Forum Catering, Housekeeping & Living
The Forum Catering, Housekeeping & Living will focus on exciting topics such as the social sustainability of food offerings in commercial kitchens and tips for the nutritious preparation of meals for older people.
On stage, you can expect panel discussions, presentations, science slams and interactive formats by and with cookery experts and chefs from all over Germany.
The specialist programme will be complemented by exhibitor presentations and best practice examples from the areas of living, space & technology, housekeeping & catering.
Exhibition tours
The Forum is the starting point for the ‘Cleaning’ and ‘Laundry’ exhibition tours. These bring new impulses and trends in the field of housekeeping to the exhibition halls. Mrs Martina Schäfer, Member of the Board of the German Association for Home Economics (dgh), will lead the tours and guide visitors to selected stands.-

The concept of cleaning in inpatient facilities and outpatient services is one of the current challenges. There is a wide range of products on offer and manufacturers promise to solve all problems. Sustainable procurement, efficient use, the right tools and equipment and the perfect cleaning chemicals should be used in a customised and coordinated manner. The tour will show the different perspectives here.
