The care sector is facing major challenges: The shortage of skilled workers continues to increase, while those in need of care require more activation and long for empathic communication - aspects that are often not possible to the desired extent in everyday life. navel robotics would like to make a contribution to overcoming these challenges together with care staff and facilities. Our empathic social robot Navel supports people in need of care in their everyday lives by activating them, encouraging conversations with them or other people, creating a positive atmosphere and providing more space for interaction.

30 of our robots are already being used successfully - with a demonstrably high level of acceptance among both those in need of care and professionals. Through close cooperation with experts and scientific support, we gain valuable insights that are continuously incorporated into the further development of Navel.
