Order: (Printed) vouchers for e-tickets

An invitation with a voucher for an e-ticket gives your guest a powerful incentive to visit your stand!

  • Send out vouchers with individual registration codes to your guests.
    Online registration is a prerequisite for generating the e-ticket. Following successful registration, your guest will receive an e-mail with a PDF to print off the e-ticket. The e-ticket is a personalised entry ticket and will be electronically recorded and validated at the entrance terminals.
  • We will only charge you for e-tickets recorded at the terminals.
    In February 2019 you will then have online access to the registration and usage data of the e-tickets. We would recommend that you document the addressees of the vouchers together with the 7-digit continuous voucher numbers before sending them out to enable you to subsequently assess your invitation campaign.
  • We would specifically draw your attention to the fact that only users who have been issued with a free e-ticket have a right of entry to the event. All e-tickets purchased by the user will invalidate the right of access.
  • You will automatically receive 100 vouchers for e-tickets as part of the PR and marketing package.

Order: Unique codes (1:1) for e-tickets

You can allow your customers to visit the exhibition free if you send out e-ticket codes to visitors together with your invitation.

  • Simply send out individual e-ticket codes to your guests. Each code can only be registered once.
    The code is a link that leads directly to the event registration website. Online registration is a prerequisite for generating the e-ticket. Following successful registration, your guest will receive an e-mail with a PDF to print off the e-ticket.
